: Arabic Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors and Patients.
- Answering and Directing Calls.
- Scheduling Appointments
- Patient Check-In and Check-Out
- Maintaining Reception Area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Administrative Support
- Handling Patient Inquiries
- Processing Payments
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidentially
- Coordination with Staff smoothly

Qualifications:
Language : native Arabic , excellent level in English.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical scheduling software.
Working Conditions:
- place: Bani Yas , Abu Dhabi .
- Hours: Full-time position, [ Daily, e.g., Saturday to Thursday, split shift 8:30-1 and 4:30-9pm , Friday Off].
- Salary: 2500 - 3000 Dirham Per month. Based on experience.
No accommodation / no transportation at the moment.
