We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our Telecom Channel Partner. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Only candidates with experience in Call Centre / Sales / BPO Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Timing : 9:30 - 6:30 Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts \xc2\xb7 Answer questions about products or the company \xc2\xb7 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales \xc2\xb7 Enter and update customer information in the database \xc2\xb7 Take and process orders in an accurate manner \xc2\xb7 Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Requirements \xc2\xb7 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects \xc2\xb7 Good Communication skills in English, Hindi or Malayalam \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection \xc2\xb7 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
