We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Arab National Property Inspector to join our growing team in Dubai\'s dynamic real estate valuation sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of properties to determine their fair market value. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurately measure and record property dimensions and features.
- Identify and document the condition of the property structure, systems, and finishes.
- Collect and analyze relevant property data, including market trends and comparable sales.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with clear and concise descriptions of the property\'s condition and valuation justification.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and property owners.
- Travel to various property locations within Dubai (valid UAE driver\'s license required).
- May assist with data entry and other administrative tasks related to property valuation.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in construction, property management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE Driver\'s License.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus.
