• Preferably, 1 year industry experience is a plus;
• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Providing complete information.
• Following up complicated customer calls where required as well as daily leads.
• completing call notes and call reports on daily basis.
• Good multi-tasking skills.
• Good oral and written communications in English
• Flexible in work timings
• excellent in convincing customers over the phone
• Computer Literacy (MS Word / Excel / Outlook)
• Technical expert in related computer / applications
