Actively sell and promote club memberships to potential clients.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, both individual and group.
Perform onboarding of new club members, including orientation sessions.
Make follow-up calls or meetings to address complaints, after-sales issues, or mobile app support.
Assist members in using the mobile application upon request.
Assist clients with membership registration and payment if they are physically present at the office.
Coordinate internally on behalf of clients regarding club account transactions, license renewals, etc.
Collect client payments and hand them over to the accountant.
Keep members informed about the latest club promotions.
Request members feedback and reviews to improve services.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive members database.
Design and implement sales strategies to expand the company's customer base.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required by management.
Arrange and conduct meetings and viewings with potential members.
Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals for boat club memberships.
Handle new member administration, including initial payments, contracts, document collection, and cheque collection.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
