We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling multiple tasks efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include taking orders, arranging couriers, managing phone calls, maintaining a tidy reception area, and performing various clerical tasks. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Job Qualifications:

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Ability to handle pressure and provide exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to take orders from clients both in person (walk-in) and by phone.

Skills in selling and/or upgrading orders.

Ability to arrange items in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

Ability to perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and printing.

Ability to maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Experience:

• Receptionist SPA, F&B or Hospitality industry: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic & English (Preferred)
