Job Description

Property Gulf (PGI Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C.), a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai, is seeking an

experienced and ambitious Male Sales Representative

who is fluent in

Arabic and English

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

real estate sales

, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to closing deals. This role requires a motivated professional who can build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sales in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with

potential buyers, sellers, and investors

in the Dubai real estate market. Conduct

property tours, viewings, and presentations

for clients. Provide expert consultation on

property investments, sales, and rental opportunities

. Build and maintain

long-term client relationships

to generate repeat business and referrals. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a

smooth transaction process

. Work closely with the marketing team to

convert high-quality leads into successful sales

. Stay up to date on

market trends, competitor activities, and real estate laws

in Dubai. Achieve and exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets

.

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum

1-3 years of experience in real estate sales

in Dubai. Excellent

negotiation and closing skills

. Ability to

work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet targets

. Strong knowledge of

Dubai's real estate market, developers, and legal regulations

. Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person meetings and viewings.
