Job Opportunity: Arabic Customer Service Representative
Designation: CSR - Inbound & Outbound
Location: DIP
Working Hours: 8+1 (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
Salary: AED 3,500 per month
Transportation: Pick-up and drop-off services from Mashreq Metro points
Criteria:
Graduate with excellent Arabic & English communication skills
Preferably with customer service or call center experience
Must have Freelance Visa With NOC
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and scheduling
Resolve customer complaints per company guidelines
Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives
Build strong customer relationships
Meet personal and team performance targets
Complete tasks assigned by the manager
Manage missing, return, and lost orders
Coordinate with internal departments when necessary
Handle social media queries and respond to emails from customers
