Job Description

A property telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell properties or real estate services. They must have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers, provide information about properties, answer questions, and persuade potential clients to schedule property viewings or meetings with real estate agents. Additionally, property telemarketers may be required to maintain accurate records of calls, follow up with leads, and meet sales targets. It is important for property telemarketers to be knowledgeable about the properties they are promoting and to adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in their sales practices.

• Excellent telephone manner

• Minimum 5+ years in real estate (developer side)
• CRM experience
• Proficiency in reports & excel
