Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Arabic Bread Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and baking traditional Arabic bread, such as pita, khubz, or lavash. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and authenticity of our products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dough Preparation: Measure and mix ingredients to create dough with the correct consistency for various types of Arabic bread.

- Baking: Operate ovens and baking equipment to bake bread to perfection, ensuring proper temperature and baking time.

- Recipe Adherence: Follow traditional recipes and techniques to maintain the authenticity of the bread.

- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, taste, and appearance, ensuring they meet company standards.

- •Inventory Management:• Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure a steady supply.

- Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and management to meet production goals and customer demands.

- Customer Interaction: Assist customers with inquiries about products and provide recommendations as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a baker, preferably specializing in Arabic breads.

- Knowledge of traditional baking techniques and bread recipes.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy sacks of flour and ingredients.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school training is a plus.
