Location: Art Of Living Mall, Al Barsha 2, Dubai Hours: Full-time, 12pm - 10pm (One day off per week) Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, and listening) Visa Status: Candidates with their own visa preferred; Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or related roles; experience in home furniture, lighting, and chandeliers sales is a significant advantage We are seeking a passionate and experienced Female Sales Associate to join our team at a prestigious home decor brand specializing in lighting, chandeliers, and furniture. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales professional who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and provide personalized shopping experiences
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in selection
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions and handle cash and card payments
- Proven track record in high-end retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in CRM systems and point-of-sale software
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in home decor
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
