Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Applicator for CNC Machines to join our team. As an Applicator, you will be responsible for applying various materials, such as coatings, adhesives, and finishes, to parts and products using CNC machines. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Apply coatings, adhesives, and finishes to parts and products using CNC machines

- Set up and operate CNC machines to apply materials accurately and efficiently

- Monitor and control the application process to ensure consistent quality and meet production schedules

- Inspect parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the CNC machines and surrounding areas

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries

- Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes

- Maintain accurate records of production, including material usage and production yields

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as an Applicator or in a related field

- Experience with CNC router machines

- Knowledge of coating and adhesive application processes

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications

- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with programming and operating CNC machines

- Certification in a related field, such as coatings or adhesives

- Experience with quality control systems and procedures

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
