Job Title: Sticker & Signage Applicator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Sticker & Signage Applicator to join our team. The Applicator will be responsible for applying stickers and signage to various surfaces, ensuring a clean and precise application. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply stickersand signage to a variety of surfaces, including windows, vehicles, walls, floors, and other materials. Measure, cut, and align stickers and signage to ensure accurate placement. Use tools and equipment such as squeegees, heat guns, and application machines to achieve smooth, bubble-free finishes. Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of stickers and signage. Inspect finished applications for quality and make adjustments as needed. Assist in the production process, including cutting and preparing vinyl materials for application. Maintain inventory of materials, including vinyl sheets, transfer tapes, and other supplies. Ensure all signage and stickers are applied safely and in compliance with company and industry standards. Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Experience with vinyl application, signage, or graphic installation is a plus. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills. Physical ability to lift and carry materials, as well as stand or kneel for extended periods of time. Ability to work with various tools and equipment safely.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed indoors and outdoors, depending on the project. May require working with a variety of materials and on various surfaces. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
