:Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for a front-runner in designing and delivering top-tier process heating systems in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking an Applications Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our client's indirect and direct fired heater products. This role involves working closely with the sales team, clients, and internal engineering teams to ensure the heating solutions meet customer requirements and industry standards.- Responsible for all communication and coordination of sales opportunities to which they are assigned.- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions for indirect and direct fired heaters.- Responsible for design, selection, accurate budgeting, and sizing of all equipment within the scope of a given opportunity.- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.- Responsible for providing an accurate proposal, including equipment sizing, performance calculations, and cost estimates promptly at the customer's or potential customers request.- Ensure effective communication with the customer to increase the likelihood of being awarded a purchase order.- Clearly define all equipment sold at the time of transfer to the Project Management / Project Engineering group.- Maintain current and accurate records with respect to sales opportunities in the CRM system.- Attend trade shows and engage in proactive business development activities when required.Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an accredited university is desirable. HNC or HND with respected industry experience may be considered.- Experience: 5 to 10 years as a Project or Process Engineer.- Must be able to communicate clearly all ideas and concepts in understandable English.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits.
