Responsible for operating, managing, and supporting all electronic systems, and providing technical support to the Clients customers Internal and external employees and related agencies.
Providing first-level support for all systems with the client
5-7 years of experience in technical support for applications.
Team player who can coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders within the company
Ability to work under pressure and in tight periods of time.
He has familiarity with well-known technologies and programming languages such as Java/ .Net
Good at presenting technical information.
He has excellent written, verbal, and communication skills (in both languages, Arabic and English)
