Application Support specialist - TCS BANCSAdecco Middle East is hiring an "Application Support specialist - TCS BANCS" for one of our prestigious clients based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Title: -Application Support specialist - TCS BANCS
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: 12 months and Extendable
Experience level: 5+ years.

IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required.Relevant Certification5+ years of experience at a relevant Technical position in large organizationsBanking background

Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in

Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
Application performance tuning and optimization
Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.

Knowledge of TCS BaNCS application, backend and front END
Understands SWIFT & local payment settlement
Has knowledge of shell scripting, Jboss , Oracle , spring ,hibernate , programming Language.
Hands on experienced on windows & unix
Able to handle pressure& support critical production issues
Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7)

Continuous Improvement mindset.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).Bachelors of Computer Science or EquivalentRelevant Industry Standard Certification, ITIL...etc.
