The role involves providing technical and functional support for software applications, particularly the Yardi System, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line support for software applications, with a primary focus on Yardi System.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system and application-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide guidance on system functionalities.
- Conduct user training sessions on system usage and best practices, ensuring effective adoption of tools.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvements or updates.
- Liaise with the IT team or external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of the Yardi System and other software applications.
- Document issues, solutions, and processes to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new installations by performing testing and providing feedback.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the supported systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards as requested by various departments
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi System is highly preferred
