Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Applications Specialist with a keen interest in Radiology AI to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Radiography/Medical Imaging, PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), and a proven track record of supporting and optimizing radiology workflows. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth deployment, user training, and technical support for our clients, enhancing their radiology practices through cutting-edge AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Implementation and Support:

Oversee the implementation and configuration of Radiology AI solutions.

Provide on-site or remote support for the installation and integration of PACS and Radiology AI systems.

Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.

Training and User Support:

Deliver comprehensive training sessions to radiologists and technical staff on AI applications.

Offer ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries and issues promptly.

Workflow Optimization:

Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to understand clinical workflows.

Customize AI applications to align with specific needs and optimize workflows in radiology departments.

Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending improvements when necessary.

Technical Expertise and Problem Resolution:

Act as a technical expert for PACS integration, ensuring compatibility and data security.

Troubleshoot complex issues, working closely with the development team to resolve any technical challenges.

Keep updated with the latest advancements in Radiology AI and PACS technology to support clients effectively.

Have knowledge of liver and chest anatomy.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiology Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Radiogrpaher/Technician with experience in PACS.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PACS, DICOM standards, and Radiology Information Systems (RIS).

Familiarity with AI-powered radiology solutions and software applications.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-oriented approach.

Other Requirements: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a global team.
