### This position reports to


Service Marketing & Sales Manager

### Your role and responsibilities


Supports the Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process by adapting ABB's service products and solutions with customer applications to meet their requirements/specifications. Selects optimized products and technology for adaptation, prepares relevant documentation, and serves as a key technical resource for the assigned area. o Perfect knowledge in MV & LV electrical networks including Switchgears, Protection Relays ..... etc o Identifying customer needs and position Digital Portfolio solutions which add value to the customer assets. o Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the target segments. o Influence technical specifications to ensure ABB service solutions are qualified and prescribed. o Regular visits to customer sites to collect major IB details in coordination with sales accounts. o Supports in preparing value proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new businesses. o Develops and implements solutions, product packages, and software applications with sales and marketing teams. o Generate opportunities and leads to meet the assigned country targets. o Focuses on the entire Service portfolio to secure profit for assigned Business/Product Groups. o Own and implement electrification service (ELSE) sales strategies to ensure sustainable growth in orders and profitability. o Keeps track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities. o Generates Service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying, and exploring potential new service portfolios.


### Qualifications for the role

• Electrical Engineering Background.
• 5-7 years of experience in technical sales within UAE.
• Proven track record as an application engineer for switchgears and protection relays.
• Background in digital solutions is a must.
• Previous engagement and customer relationships with major government end-users entities and industrial customers in the region.
• Strong technical expertise in selling service agreements.
• Strong English communication & Negotiation skills are a must
• Innovative mind and interest to explore new ideas and build strong relationships - excellent networking skills
• Out-of-the-box thinking and exceptional problem-solving techniques
• Ownership, dedication, and thoroughness. Going the extra mile and showing devotion to the mission.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with a proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
