Application Product Manager (Mandarin/Chinese Speaker)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our software products, ensuring they meet business goals and user needs. You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the product development process from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing, to ensure seamless product execution. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends. Create product roadmaps and prioritize features to maximize value. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Define clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Ensure that products are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget. Conduct product testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. At least 3+ years of experience in product management or similar roles in the tech industry. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese is a must. The ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is essential as the boss is a native Chinese speaker. This will facilitate smoother communication with English-only speaking developers and ensure a more efficient workflow.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing mobile applications or software products. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Prior experience in a similar product management role within a tech company.
