1\xe3\x80\x81SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE services solution, technical and end-user productivity applications are based on our best-in-class transition methodology together with our standardised, global operating model to provide Application Management Services (AMS).
2\xe3\x80\x81Building on the strong foundation of all Services in Service Group 1 and Service Group 2, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE shall efficiently and rapidly transition and implement the additional services required, without duplication or impact on the services in Service Group 1 and Service Group 2.
3\xe3\x80\x81To ensure operational stability, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE will execute a knowledge gathering process to identify and document the necessary support information for the applications.
4\xe3\x80\x81SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE will facilitate a collaborative workshop to validate the available ticket information and other data sources as well as the final application matrix and other parameters to refine the proposed team structure and appropriate skill.
5\xe3\x80\x81As the category, scope and specifications of the applications to be covered in the required AMS shall be designated in individually and optionally, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE shall provide such AMS by provision of onsite and remote service consultants resources.
6\xe3\x80\x81SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE shall provide Onsite and Remote AMS Consultant on the customer designated site(s) by provisioning of qualified onsite consultant resource(s) as per Section and meet the Service Level requirement as per SLR specified in order to ensure the additional support to applications and to other sites and support ad-hoc activities.
