In this role, you will impact the development and delivery of high-quality security system applications that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.Key responsibilities
Work on new project enquiries and tenders by reading, understanding the customer needs and developing a solution that meets it within the project deadlines
Shall be engaged at early stages of the project, starting with proof of concepts, helping consultants draft the tender specifications and project designs where possible
Shall support sales teams and channel partners to respond to the tenders once they are released by developing and optimizing the bill of materials, compliance statements and products submittals
Shall interact with customers, consultants and other project stakeholders to get clarifications, and drive discussions around the solution as required
Shall maintain excellent product knowledge about our systems as well as about the competition and key market trends.
Shall provide reports on a weekly and monthly basis as required
Shall be passionate and self-starter and effectively work cross functionally, particularly with Offering, Marketing and sales account managers, to identify every possible sales opportunity. You will embody Honeywell's Behaviors in your work and hold others accountable to the same
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional service
Support in proof of concepts and product demonstrations with end users and authorities
Support in driving Marketing initiatives such as seminars, focus meeting and demand generation activities directly
Ability to travel within UAE as required
