Position Overview

Dubai 4WD is seeking a talented Cross-Platform Mobility Solutions Architect to lead the development of our next-generation mobile and desktop applications. The ideal candidate will design and develop high-performance, feature-rich applications across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms that enhance our customer experience and streamline our operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms Create responsive Windows desktop applications for internal operations management Implement a unified booking system that integrates with our website and backend systems Develop real-time tracking and communication features for vehicles and guides Create intuitive user interfaces focused on customer experience and ease of use Ensure cross-platform compatibility and consistent user experience across all devices Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to define requirements Implement analytics and reporting tools to track user behavior and application performance Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in mobile application development (iOS and Android) Proven experience with cross-platform development frameworks (React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin) Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin/Java, and C#/.NET Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration Knowledge of offline storage, threading, and performance optimization techniques Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and push notifications Understanding of Google Maps API and location-based services Experience with version control systems (Git) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the tourism or transportation industry Knowledge of payment gateway integrations Experience with real-time tracking and GPS technologies Understanding of booking systems and reservation management Previous work with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
