We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and are looking for a talented Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join our team. Job Overview: We are seeking an Excel master to manage data exported from our POS system and transform it into insightful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will be strong in Microsoft Excel and data visualization, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from the POS system.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management.
- Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Specialist, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
- Familiarity with POS systems and data extraction.
