Are you passionate about using data and insights to improve people's lives?The (BSG), is a specialized team in the Office of Development and Martyrs Families Affairs at the Presidential Court.Our organization is a leading force in applying behavioral science to support public policy in the UAE, is seeking talented graduates for our Young Emirati Talent Training Program.The Behavioral Science Team seeks an Analyst Trainee to join our team, where you will learn about applying behavioral science to policy challenges across various domains such as health, education, sustainability, philanthropy and international development.You will collaborate with government departments and institutions to drive social impact and purpose across the nation using behavioral science solutions.About the Behavioral Science GroupWe combine data analytics and social research to design and test solutions that drive positive behavior change. Our five service offerings include advisory, behavioral diagnostics, behavioral solutions, testing, and capacity building.About the YET Training Program:This comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge to help you grow as an analyst. You will:Gain a deep understanding of behavioral science principles and methodologies.Contribute to impactful projects that address real-world policy challenges.Receive mentorship from experienced behavioral scientists.Details on the ProgramThe training will last 8-12 weeks with a flexible start between April and August 2025 - the exact duration and start time will be discussed with successful candidates.Trainees will be expected to work on site from the Office of Development Affairs and Martyrs Affairs in Abu Dhabi.After the completion of the program we will consider the candidate for full-time recruitment with the team.Who We Are Looking For:We will consider recent graduates (over the last 2 years), ongoing students who are graduating in summer 2025.Recent Emirati graduates or students with a strong academic record in relevant fields such as psychology, economics, sociology, public policy or data science.A keen interest in applying behavioral science to public policy.A desirable skill is demonstrable experience designing and conducting quantitative or qualitative research. A strong understanding of evaluation methodologies.Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
