:JOB PURPOSE:Provide analytical support for the effective execution of network development activities and generate comprehensive reports to support effective conducting of technical feasibility for identified new business expansion opportunities across the target markets, in line with the overall business development strategy.Data Analytics\xef\x82\xb7 Carry out data analytics to support site identification and support negotiations in line with the defined business development strategy.\xef\x82\xb7 Participate/ conduct comprehensive technical and utilities studies to support managerial decision making on selection of best locations for network expansions.\xef\x82\xb7 Support the conducting of head lease analysis in line with defined plan and protocols.\xef\x82\xb7 Asses and grade network property to ensure that operational capabilities of real estate are utilized optimally.\xef\x82\xb7 Support the development of a cooperative coordination and interaction with all internal and externalinterfaces; coordinate with service providers, government bodies and (future) tenants to support effective unit operations.\xef\x82\xb7 Assist the specialists in overall project management activities assigned to the department by preparing tender documents, technical drawings, evaluation, supervision etc. in line with defined standards to support successful achievement of unit objectivesReporting\xef\x82\xb7 Establish reports and insights, in line with strategy and guidelines, to capture most important findings ready for communication towards management.\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare relevant materials for meetings and presentations, in line with the agreed-upon content to ensure that the information shared is relevant, correct and timely availableMarket Intelligence\xef\x82\xb7 Keep abreast of new regulations/ policies that may affect the investments and proactively carry out research in to prevailing market trends / strategies and strengthen market intelligence of team in order to facilitate management decision-making in determining market opportunities and development metrics.RequirementsMinimum QualificationBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in similar operations and project engineering within the oil and gas in the region.
