We also run non-fuel services at our service stations.About the JobResponsible for managing relationships with landlords and government stakeholders, performing land rental analysis, and conducting financial modeling and valuation.Key ResponsibilitiesLandlord & Government Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and government stakeholders to ensure smooth lease negotiations and renewals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for lease-related inquiries and concerns from landlords and government entities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant lease terms, governmental regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with legal teams to address and resolve any disputes or issues related to lease agreements.
Land Rental Analysis
Conduct comprehensive land rental market analyses to support lease negotiations and decision-making processes.
Evaluate rental rates, occupancy rates, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
Assist in the preparation of land rental budgets and forecasts.
Develop business and financial scenario analysis to determine the viability , feasibility, and desirability of the projects under analysis
Develop financial models for new projects / renewal contracts, ensuring alignment with ROI and IRR objectives
DCF analysis, NPV calculations, and IRR assessments
Financial Modelling and Valuation
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze the financial impact of various lease scenarios.
Perform lease valuation analyses to determine the fair market value of land leases.
Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Assist in the assessment of potential lease acquisitions and dispositions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Investment, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in lease management, land rental analysis, or financial modelling.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and lease management software.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
