Coordinate back-office operations, including data management, maintaining the firmxe2x80x99s track record, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), Salesforce updates, and investor reporting
Leverage AI and modern technologies to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize database functionality, including CRM systems
Ensure seamless LP reporting by collaborating with fund operations teams to track performance metrics and ensure data accuracy
Use advanced tools like Microsoft Co-pilot to integrate databases, research materials, and presentations, driving innovation across the platform
Support in arranging meetings, document minutes, and oversee data room preparation and management
Who we are looking for
Early career experience in fund administration, data management, or operations within the investor relations team of a fund or asset manager
Familiarity with asset management operations, including fund operations and IT systems
A data-driven individual with a keen interest in leveraging AI and modern technology to drive operational improvements
IT literacy, with experience embedding databases and optimising CRM platforms for functionality and reporting
A solid educational background, excellent attention to detail, and adaptability to modern tools
Experience with advanced tools like Microsoft Co-pilot is a plus
