OverviewThe Identity and Access Management (IAM) analyst will be responsible for managing the organization's identity and access management framework. IAM analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining identity and access solutions to ensure secure, seamless access to applications, data, and systems across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application development teams, to build solutions that support our security architecture and compliance goals.Core42 is the UAEs national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Groups expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Design and Development: Develop, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and privileged access management systems.
IAM tools administration: IAM analyst need to perform IAM tools administration and maintain it availability, enhancements, development and operations.
Integration: Integrate IAM systems with internal applications (on-premises and cloud-based) and third-party services using industry-standard protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
User Federation: Configure and manage user federation and single sign-on (SSO) capabilities with identity providers, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP directories.
Access Management: Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and policy-based access control (PBAC) models to meet organizational requirements.
Privilege Management: Implement and manage privileged access management (PAM) solutions to ensure secure management of administrative access.
Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and support audit and compliance initiatives.
Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve IAM-related issues across systems and applications, providing expert troubleshooting support for authentication, authorization, and user access issues.
Security: Work closely with the cybersecurity team to enhance security posture, including MFA/2FA implementations, improving access policies, and addressing vulnerabilities.
Automation: Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline IAM processes, provisioning, and deprovisioning using tools such as Java, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM solutions, configurations, processes, and integrations.

Access Control and Lifecycle Management:
Implement and manage Attribute-based access control (ABAC).
Oversee the provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning of user access across all systems and applications.
Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and recertification processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Security and Risk Management:
Continuously enable monitoring for IAM systems for IAM risks and vulnerabilities.
Implement and manage MFA other security measures to protect sensitive data.
Oversight to IAM-related security issues, assist in investigations, and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with IT, HR, legal, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of IAM processes.
Communicate IAM policies and standards to stakeholders, providing training and awareness programs.
Act as the primary point of contact for IAM-related audits and compliance assessments.
Technology and Innovation:
Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends.
Evaluate and implement new IAM tools and solutions to enhance security and efficiency.
Lead IAM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Information Security, Computer science or related field.
Minimum of 2.5 years of experience working in IAM Information security and compliance.
Experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JSON Web Token (JWT) and single sign-on (SSO).
Hands on experience in systems integration or software engineering of one or more identity and access management (IAM).
Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL, LDAP, and web services.
Java Programming experience
Hands-on experience on SSO, MFA and PAM tools i.e. Keycloak and Teleport.
Experience with role-based access controls
Well experienced with following processes: identity management workflows,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Recognized security industry certifications.
