The client is a prominent real estate development company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, known for delivering luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting detailed financial analysis and preparing financial models for new and ongoing projects. Analyzing market trends, economic data, and investment opportunities to inform business strategies. Collaborating with senior management to evaluate the financial performance of various business units. Preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders, including investors, senior leadership, and board members. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for large-scale real estate developments. Monitoring cash flow, funding requirements, and financing options for projects. Assisting in risk assessment and the evaluation of potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector. Supporting corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raising efforts. Minimum Requirements:
MBA or CA/ACCA or CFA required Preferably based in UAE already A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field At least 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, project financing, and investment analysis. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. A proactive, results-oriented approach with a high level of attention to detail. A strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
