M42 is set to officially commence full-scale operations at Zayed Military Hospital, in early 2025.We are currently searching for a Clinical Intelligence Data Analyst for the Quality and Patient Safety team at Zayed Military Hospital in Al Batayeh, Sharjah. You will provide technical and analytical expertise to support key performance indicators, regulatory reporting, and clinical decision-making. Youxe2x80x99ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, from clinical staff to executive leadership, to develop data-driven solutions and insights on Quality and Patient Safety.Responsibilities
Manage and analyze complex datasets to create actionable insights for Quality and Patient Safety.
Use programming languages such as SQL and Cerner Command Language (CCL) to create and refine database queries.
Participate in the development of data models.
Present insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Extract, interpret and visualize reports, scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support performance measurement and quality improvement initiatives.
Provide data for accreditation and regulatory reporting and audits.
Qualifications
Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems and/or Business Administration or other related field or years of experience in lieu of degree.
2+ years of data analysis and report generation in hospital or healthcare facility.
Proven track record of using SQL to develop complex queries from the electronic medical record.
Experience working in Cerner Command Language (CCL) in facilities utilizing Cerner as their electronic medical record.
Maintain knowledge of clinical risk management databases and systems to allow for automated reporting.
Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
Understand and follow facility data governance policies and procedures.
Knowledge of clinical and regulatory standards.
