As Analyst, Alliance & Partner Management, you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing the partnership between Avanade, Microsoft, and our clients. You will ensure the company maximizes bonus incentives for selling Microsoft services by closely coordinating with internal teams, Microsoft, and clients. You will track performance metrics, ensure compliance with incentive programs, and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Skills and experiences
Understanding of Microsoft products and services, especially within a sales and partnership context.

What you'll do
Incentive Management: Monitor and track eligibility for Microsoft bonus programs, ensuring the company meets all required targets and criteria to secure bonus incentives.

Opportunity identification: Participate in internal opportunity qualification and sales management meetings, to identify what opportunities are eligible to receive Microsoft funds, and start the funds requisition process

Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between Avanade, Microsoft, and clients, facilitating clear communication and smooth collaboration across all parties.

Reporting: Develop and maintain reports on performance metrics related to Microsoft service sales, ensuring leadership has visibility into progress toward incentive goals.

Program Deep Understanding Compliance: Understand all Microsoft funds available for partners, and the ones specific for Avanade and ensure that Avanade complies with all requirements and guidelines of Microsoft's incentive programs, coordinating internal teams and processes to meet deadlines.

Client Coordination: Work closely with sales teams and clients to promote Microsoft services, track service sales, and provide support to ensure clients' satisfaction with Microsoft offerings.

Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with Microsoft account managers and program leads to stay informed of new opportunities and updates to incentive programs.
