Will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems, resolve incidents, and implement enhancements. This role is crucial in maintaining the reliability and performance of our SAP environment, enabling our business to operate efficiently and effectively.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement SAP enhancements and improvements.
- Manage and document SAP incidents, changes, and service requests using ITIL-based processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop strategies for permanent resolution.
- Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices to ensure effective support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (STP, Ariba, SD, MM, EWM).
- Proficient in SAP troubleshooting and problem resolution techniques.
- Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in information science, engineering or other technical/ scientific disciplines
