We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AML-Qualified Real Estate Administrator to join our dynamic team.

As an AML-Qualified Real Estate Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring our company's compliance with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and managing administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with AML regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct due diligence and background checks on clients and transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AML activities.
• Prepare and submit AML reports to regulatory authorities as required.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of real estate documents.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Provide administrative support to the real estate team.
• Manage and update client databases, developer registration and property listings.
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Audit KYC documents before submission.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator or similar role.
• AML qualifications and a thorough understanding of AML regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
