Job Description

The AML Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective AML program to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a deep understanding of AML regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential AML risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and analyze transactions to detect suspicious activities and ensure timely reporting to regulatory authorities.
• Lead and manage the AML team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with AML regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest AML regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to AML compliance.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AML compliance, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of AML laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in AML is preferred.
