Incospro is a fast-growth eCommerce startup National Distribution for FMCG industry via Marketplaces, currently seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Specialist. This new role will be working directly under the Logistics Manager to help support the continued rapid expansion of the business. Responsibilities will primarily include daily inventory management of our Amazon FBA account while ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained. You will also be generating FBA shipment plans and communicating and working directly with our 3PL providers to ensure Amazon FBA shipments are fulfilled correctly and timely. In this role, you will: Take part in brainstorming sessions with Product Sourcing, Content and Launch support teams, offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative marketing campaigns Conduct research into existing marketplaces and competitors with a variety of tools, both at pre-launch level and at post-launch level, to gain insights and shape marketing strategy Build successful Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, and oversee the day-to-day management of PPC campaigns for newly launched products Complete in-depth keyword research, and share this with the Content Team to create excellent listings with high SEO value Manage, schedule and monitor several types of promotional activity to help optimize the initial SEO keyword ranking position of new products Optimize keyword ranking, SEO, conversion rates, CTR, and continuously improving products listings Create marketing campaign plans for products once they have completed their launch phases Analyze daily sales, listing performance, keyword performance, and PPC campaigns Assist the Product Maintenance Manager with re-launches, promotions, marketplace research and pricing strategies for established products Own the pricing and profit margin process for new products, using data to make informed decisions and balancing this with advertising costs and launch strategy Plan and implement the product reviews strategy Raising issues with Amazon support and proactively resolving them when required Maximize conversion rates and click through rates to ensure optimal success for launches (working with the Content Team to achieve this) Effectively report results to management in a clear and precise manner About You: Core qualifications: 2-3 years of direct Amazon FBA experience of growing consumer products and brands on Amazon Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field Experience in Amazon PPC advertising Experience in Amazon SEO, product listings and keyword ranking Strong technical competency with web-based software Problem-solving and troubleshooting A proven track record for hitting deadlines and working well under pressure Experience analyzing data and creating reports An ability to use and process data efficiently to help make informed decisions Motivated and excited to achieve targets - you should have the mentality that you are launching products for your own company! A willingness to be constantly up to date with current regulations and processes (Amazon ToS, Facebook groups, ongoing training, articles) Excellent Excel skills Strong attention to detail An entrepreneurial mindset, and capable of showing initiative Good communication skills Comfortable working by yourself and with other team members via Project Management software.
