Job Scope:

AM Transaction Advisory will be responsible for providing advisory services to the clients including development of comprehensive financial models, conducting future projections, and performing valuations of various companies. This role requires interpretation of financial data and generation of insightful reports to aid in strategic decision-making.

Key Performance Areas:

• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to support client engagements.
• Assess financial performance, profitability, and liquidity of client businesses to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate models and methodologies for evaluating companies.
• Develop detailed financial models and perform business valuations to assist clients in decision making process.
• Assist in the preparation of business plans, investment memos, and financial feasibility studies.
• Assess the feasibility of various business ventures and provide recommendations based on analysis.
• Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to clients on investment opportunities, capital raising, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients' financial needs and objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting the financial industry.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field / preferable CA or CFA qualification
• Experience of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or related roles preferably in a consultancy environment
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, business valuation techniques, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
