To be completely abreast with the product knowledge & salesprocess To take ownership of all the leads & religiously follow them for desiredclosure To maintain a sales calendar for all events & activities planned during themonth To keep thoroughly abreast with competition & their activities includingcurrent pricing, offers, special features of the project & any other relevant information helpful forsales Keep updated & informed all HFI Activities & their connect with thecustomers Seek help & regular information from CRM & Marketing department toensure relevant feedback to the customers To achieve the set sales numbers as agreed with the immediate superior Experience in sales of high end residential projects Good communication and negotiation skill knowledge of Sales force
