Job Title: Alumni Relations Officer ( UAE National )

Location: Al Ain Campus

Continuous and vigorous communication with the local community and university alumni, organizing events and activities that benefit the graduates, and preparing the necessary reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing questionnaires for graduates and distributing them and entering their data. Continuous and vigorous communication with the alumni community. Monitoring and updating the graduates' data periodically and continuously. Communicate with graduates to participate in the activities organized by the university. Communicate with external parties to find out what job opportunities they have for our graduates. Work on preparing the monthly Alumni E-newsletter. Organizing events and activities for graduates. Work on integrating the graduates into the university's social media pages. Attending courses and events for the alumni community. Writing Reports.

General conditions:

Proficiency in both Arabic and English language, spoken and written. Good command of Computer use, particularly MS office programs. Strong communication skills, courteous and people friendly personality. 2 years related experience, fresh graduates can also apply.
