Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Aluminum Welder

to join our team for vehicle and industrial component fabrication. The ideal candidate will have experience working with aluminum materials, performing high-quality welding, and ensuring that welded components meet safety and performance standards. This position involves working on various vehicle parts, assemblies, and other precision aluminum components.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

aluminum welding

on vehicle components, assemblies, and other structures. Utilize various welding techniques (e.g.,

TIG

,

MIG

) to ensure clean, strong, and precise welds. Inspect and verify the quality of welded materials, ensuring that they meet industry standards and specifications. Work from technical blueprints, drawings, and welding instructions to fabricate parts. Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, and dimensional accuracy of welded components. Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project specifications.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an

aluminum welder

, ideally with a focus on

vehicle or industrial applications

. Proficiency in

TIG and MIG welding

processes for aluminum.. Strong understanding of

welding safety

practices and quality control procedures. Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality, durable welds. Experience in fabricating, repairing, or modifying aluminum vehicle components is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Welding

(e.g., AWS, ASME). Previous experience in the

automotive industry

or related fields. Knowledge of

vehicle manufacturing

and

assembly processes

. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
