Job Title: Aluminum Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminum Project Manager to oversee projects within our aluminum division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum project management, with expertise in managing complex projects, timelines, budgets, and resources. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of the aluminum production, fabrication, and installation processes, as well as knowledge of relevant laws and governmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring that all aspects of aluminum projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.

- Technical Oversight: Review design specifications, quality standards, and technical requirements specific to aluminum projects.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, including any relevant industry standards and government requirements.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a positive work environment and high performance.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in aluminum project management, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of aluminum fabrication, construction processes, and industry standards.

- Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with laws, regulations, and governmental issues related to the aluminum industry.

- Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management software, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

- PMP or similar project management certification.
