Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Engineer to manage and execute aluminum and glazing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project activities align with client specifications, timelines, and quality standards while maintaining budgetary control.

•Key Responsibilities: •

Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of aluminum and glazing projects.

Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.

Ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with contractual terms.

Supervise site activities, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

Provide technical guidance and resolve any issues arising during the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress.

Address any concerns or changes in project scope.

Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and as-built drawings.

Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for project handover.

•Education: •

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

•Experience: •

5+ years of experience in aluminum and glazing projects, with hands-on site management experience.

Previous experience in the UAE or GCC is preferred.

•Skills: •

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards.

Other Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license.

Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required.
