Job Description

This position requires strong leadership, process management, and a deep understanding of aluminium production technologies.

· Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure product specifications and customer requirements are met.

· Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

· Operational Efficiency: Analyse production performance and identify areas for improvement in processes, equipment, and technology.

· Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and finished product inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and supply management.

· Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure regular upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.

· Production Planning & Scheduling: Work with the production planning team to develop and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts and raw material availability.

· Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and regulations within the production area.

· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues related to equipment, raw materials, or processes to minimize downtime and wastage.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with 5+ years of Experience in the same field.

· Work experience in Aluminium Doors - Windows - Shutters - Curtain wall - Skylights.

· Proven leadership skills with experience in managing production teams.

· Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and industrial regulations.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external parties.
