Job Title:

Aluminum Fitter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aluminum Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting and assembling aluminum components used in various construction and manufacturing applications. You will work with blueprints, technical drawings, and specialized tools to ensure the accurate and efficient installation of aluminum products.

Key Responsibilities:

Aluminum Assembly & Fitting:

Install and assemble aluminum components for windows, doors, frames, curtain walls, and other architectural or industrial structures.

Reading Blueprints:

Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine specifications and layout requirements for aluminum installations.

Precision Cutting & Shaping:

Use cutting, welding, and shaping tools to cut, trim, and prepare aluminum parts to required dimensions and tolerances.

Inspection & Quality Control:

Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and durability to meet standards and client specifications.

Installation:

Install aluminum products on-site, ensuring structural integrity, alignment, and proper function.

Tool Maintenance:

Maintain and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment such as drills, grinders, saws, and welding machines.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, such as project managers, designers, and other tradesmen, to complete projects on time.

Troubleshooting:

Address and resolve any issues that arise during installation or fabrication, ensuring timely solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Aluminum Fitter or in a similar role. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Hands-on experience with welding, cutting, and shaping tools specific to aluminum fitting. Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and installation practices for aluminum structures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions. Valid driver's license (if traveling to various job sites is required).

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
