Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Aluminium Fabricator who is responsible for cutting, shaping, joining, and assembling aluminium components to produce items such as windows, doors, frames, panels, and other structural or decorative elements. The role requires precision, technical expertise, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.

Cut, drill, shape, and assemble aluminium components using various tools and machinery.

Weld, rivet, or bolt components together as per specifications.

Measure and mark materials for accurate cutting and fabrication.

Ensure proper selection and preparation of aluminium materials for fabrication tasks.

Inspect completed products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Identify and resolve any defects or inconsistencies in fabricated items.

Operate machinery such as saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on tools and machinery.

Follow all workplace safety protocols and guidelines.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company policies.

• Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field is an advantage.

Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator or in a similar role.

Familiarity with various fabrication techniques and tools.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Strong mathematical and measuring skills.

Attention to detail and precision.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and work in physically demanding environments.

Capability to handle and operate heavy machinery and tools.
