Roles and Responsibilities

• Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble aluminum and glass materials according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
• Installation: Install fabricated components on-site, ensuring accurate fitting and alignment.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, and grinders.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers and project managers, to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Customer Service: Address any client concerns or questions regarding the fabrication and installation process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Previous experience in aluminum and glass fabrication is preferred at least 3-5 years. Training and on-the-job instruction may be provided for the right candidate.
• Skills: Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and strong attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
