Department: ProductionReports To: Production ManagerSummary:Axe Recruiting is seeking an experienced and skilled Aluminum Fabrication Foreman to join our client\'s team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of aluminum systems and be able to lead and manage a team of fabricators.Responsibilities:Oversee the installation of aluminum frames for windows and doors, ACP, louvers, brackets, runners, handrails, roof cladding, and glass panels.Ensure that all tasks are completed according to the project timeline and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Communicate with and manage laborers, ensuring they meet project requirements, plan in advance, and resolve disputes.Supervise the fixing, cladding, and installation of glass at the job location.Ensure that aluminum profiles are cut to the correct size and requirements.Understand technical drawings and project requirements.Fabricate aluminum structures and work with steel.Possess strong welding skills and experience with various welding techniques.Collaborate with glass professionals for specific project requirements.Pay attention to detail and interpret technical drawings accurately.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentQualifications:5+ years of experience in ACP cladding, aluminum, or glass industry (required).
