FUTURE formwork & Aluminium industries is a well-established organization specialized in multiple formwork systems , scaffolding, aluminum extrusion and aluminum fabrication looking for Aluminum Extrusion - Production Manager, who can join us immediately

Overviewing the well-functioning of the Extrusion and the Die Warehouse departments

Minimizing costs through continuous improvement of the process

Reporting of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly production metrics as required.

Responsible for daily production reports and usage of inventory

Identify cost savings opportunities in the operations process and recommend improvements needed to reduce cost and improve output.

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering OR Industrial Engineering.

7 to 10 years' experience in Aluminium Extrusion.

5 years + of managerial experience in a production environment.

Demonstrated and proven leadership experience.

Operational skills - proven experience in getting critical projects completed in a timely manner with in budget; very resourceful and organized; hands on leader to create effective workflows and processes; strong managing of people and projects.

Effectively coach team members and provide performance feedback and development opportunities within areas of responsibility.

Ability to drive results in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment.

Ability to work as a team leader/member with a diverse group of people at all level within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Aluminum Extrusion: 10 years (Required)
