We are looking for an experienced

Arab National - Aluminum and Glass Production Manager

to oversee our manufacturing processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in aluminum and glass fabrication, team leadership skills, and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily aluminum and glass production operations. Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules and resources. Ensure quality control standards are met for all products. Supervise and train production staff. Maintain machinery and equipment in optimal condition. Improve production efficiency while minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations. Work closely with design, procurement, and sales teams to meet customer requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

Experience:

10 to 15 years in aluminum and glass production. Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication, glass cutting, tempering, and installation. Experience with CNC machines, cutting tools, and assembly lines is a plus. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in [AutoCAD, ERP software, Microsoft Office, etc.] is a plus.
