Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities for aluminium facades, windows, and doors.
Assign tasks, manage workflow, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and client expectations.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and technical skills.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and installation teams to resolve technical challenges.
Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA/ISO standards).
Troubleshoot machinery/equipment issues and coordinate maintenance.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in aluminium fabrication, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in fabrication techniques (cutting, welding, assembly) and reading technical drawings/blueprints.
Familiarity with CNC machines, precision tools, and AutoCAD software.
Leadership:
Strong team management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
Safety-Conscious:
In-depth knowledge of workplace safety protocols and certifications (e.g., OSHA).
Physical Requirements:
